Today, in the Beyond The Chameleon Podcast, Ella talks to Mandisi Sibanda, a 21-year-old film director, producer, and scriptwriter. In 2019, he started his own black-owned film production studio called Mansta Productions and his films are available on Amazon Prime. They had a wonderful conversation about the film industry, the feeling of belonging, the BLM movement, career and money, and of course, future projects.
